| + | The 3rd annual Super Cruise presented by 3M Canada & NAPA Auto Parts at the London Husky off the 401, exit 195 (Hwy 74). Friday night Charity BBQ at Husky, with choice of evening event for participating Classic Car drivers; poker run cruise to Rush Creek Wines or all night classic car flicks at the Mustang Drive-in. Saturday all day Show & Shine, with 1,200 pre-1981 Classics, Hot Rods, Customs and Special interest vehicles. This year’s theme “Say Goodbye to Hollywood” will revolve around cars once owned by stars and cars that were popularized by movies and television shows from the 1930s to late 1970s. With special displays from Steve Plunkett and RM Classics that include Bob Hope’s Elderado Brougham, Johnny Cash’s Cadillac, Van Johnson’s 1959 Fleetwood 60 Special and numerous famous replicas. Driver workshops, Race car simulators, pit-stop stations, NASCARS & CASCARS, live bands and DJs, 50/50 draws, vendors, awards, family fun and more. The first 2,000 spectators through the gates will receive a Lucas Oil funny car metal replica free. A portion of the proceeds will support Jesse’s Journey and other local charities.
